The New Patriotic Party (NPP) Member of Parliament (MP) for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong, has alleged that the Electoral Commission (EC) wants to use the “suspicious” proxy voting agenda to rig the December general election in favour of President John Mahama and his National Democratic Congress (NDC).
