A Deputy National Communications Director of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) Kwaku Boahen has threatened to pluck an eye of the Ashanti Regional Organiser of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) Stephen Amoah for speaking ill of the Vice President Papa Kwesi Bekoe Amissah-Arthur.
