The Eastern Regional Chairman of the governing National Democratic Congress (NDC), Bismark Tawiah Boateng, has called on electorates in the Akwatia Constituency in the Eastern Region, to refrain from voting for women, merely because they want them to feel empowered politically to contribute to governance.
