Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, running mate to Nana Akufo-Addo for the December 7 election, has observed that the NDC is resorting to the message of division, regionalism and tribalism because they realise that their record, which has been characterised by unprecedented corruption and incompetence, is poor.
