Fireworks are expected in Takoradi, Effia-Kwesimintsim, Essikado-Ketan, Shama and Sekondi, the five constituencies in the Sekondi Takoradi Metropolis, today, as the New Patriotic Party (NPP) holds its regional delegates congress to elect new executives to steer the affairs of the party.
