Mr Derick Tata Anku, the Ga East Municipal Project Coordinator of the Greater Accra Metropolitan Area Water and Sanitation Project (GAMA- SWP), said households would now pay 30 percent of the total cost of the construction of a toilet instead of the initial 50 percent.
