Development Chief of Sapeiman in the Greater Accra Region, Nii Abbey Okanfrah I, has appealed to the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Mr. David Asante-Apaatu, to investigate the gruesome murder of Nii Tetteh Sarbah, and bring all the perpetrators to book.
