Justice Amissah-Baiden, a Ghana Immigration Service (GIS) officer, who was formerly stationed at the Brong Ahafo Regional headquarters but currently serving at the Aflao Border post, has been arraigned before a Sunyani Circuit Court on the charge of defrauding by false pretences.
