Editor-In-Chief of the New Crusading Guide newspaper, Abdul Malik Kwaku Baako, believes much as President Nana Addo-Dankwa Akufo-Addo’s decision to propose legislation to Parliament to designate 4th August as FOUNDERS DAY, and 21st September as KWAME NKRUMAH MEMORIAL DAY, is a mark of "sincerity", it cannot be a "substitute for science".
