First Atlantic Bank announced today that it has finalized an agreement with Advanced Finance & Investment Group (“AFIG Funds”), manager of AFIG Fund II (“Fund II” or the “Fund”), for an investment in the Bank. The Fund’s investment is subject to regulatory approval.
