The Kpando Circuit court in the Volta Region has found the President and founder of Youth for Accountable Governance, a pressure group in Kpando Municipal whose aim is to rally the youth to ensure accountability, Mr. Carl Mawuli Atitse of indecent assault, threat of life, kidnapping and assaults.
