Alhaji Yakubu, Chairman of a group called Zongo Caucus of Krachi East Municipal Assembly of the Volta Region, has asked the Akufo-Addo-led government to cultivate Indian Hemp (wee) to help rake in money to fund the free Senior High School (SHS) programme.
