The Board Chairman of Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) and former Minister for Finance and Economic Planning, Mr Kwame Peprah, has been cited for contempt of court for directing workmen of the company to grade portions of a land, which acquisition is pending before the Appeal Court of Justice.
