The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration, Ms Shirley Ayorkor Botchway, paid an unannounced visit to the Passport Office in Accra, where she expressed concern about the rate at which foreigners, especially Nigerians, are acquiring Ghanaian passports.
