Dr. Alfred Oko Vanderpuije, Accra Mayor on Tuesday denied receiving any directive from President John Evans Atta Mills to suspend the on-going decongestion exercise in the city, adding that the President had issued an apology to him following the publications of the two leading state owned newspapers.
