The Privileges Committee of Parliament has established that the Member of Parliament (MP) for Assin Central, Mr Kennedy Agyapong, has a case to answer regarding his alleged contemptuous remarks against Parliament and the Majority Leader, Mr Osei Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu.
