The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ghana Cocoa Board,  Hon Joseph Boahen Aidoo has cautioned purchasing clerks of Licenced Buying Companies (LBCs) against criminally adjusting their weighing scales as a means of enriching themselves at the expense of the poor farmers.
