DAILY GUIDE has gathered that Mohammed Adam Baantima Samba, the Northern Regional Chairman of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), has teamed up with his predecessor outspoken Daniel Bugri Naabu to improve the fortunes of the party in the region.
