The Ghana Palaver newspaper, which is affiliated to the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), has appealed to an Accra High Court to grant it permission to apologize to nephew of President Akufo-Addo, Gabby Asare Otchere-Darko, for publishing libelous story about him.
