In the run-up to election 2008, The Enquirer newspaper edited by my friend now turned foe, Raymond Archer, carried a number of publications on Dr. Arthur Kwabena Kennedy, a foremost member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) who was then the Director of Communications of the Nana Addo campaign.
