President of the Presbyterian University College Of Ghana, Rev. Prof. Emmanuel Adow Obeng says it will be disastrous for any government to attempt to reverse the free SHS and is therefore calling for a legislation to prevent successive governments from abandoning the program as well as other good educational policies.
