The Bono Regional Chairman of the governing New Patriotic Party [NPP], Kwame Baffoe popularly known as Abronye DC has emphatically said voting against the proposed amendment of Article 55 (3) of the 1992 Constitution which will make local government elections partisan qualifies one to be an ‘animal’.
