Member of Parliament [MP] for Lower Manya Constituency in the Eastern Region, Ebenezer Okletey Tei-Larbi says the Minister of Finance, Ken Ofori–Atta together with the President and the Governor of the Bank of Ghana, Dr Ernest Addison intentionally targeted some banks to collapse them for their personal gains.
