The Scheme Manager of the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) at Dunkwa-on-Offin in the Upper Denkyira East municipality of the Central region was on Tuesday driven out of his office by club and machete-wielding thugs believed to be members of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC).
