The General Secretary of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), John Boadu has called it a bluff, the threat by the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) to shed blood to prevent the Electoral Commission (EC) from conducting it mandated duty of compiling new voters’ register.
