Executive Secretary of Mass Action Committee, Mr. Atik Mohammed has revealed that the former chairperson for the Electoral Commission (EC) Madam Charlotte Osei on June 28, 2018, signed a procurement agreement with STL to purchase new machines to replace the old ones.
