The General Secretary of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Johnson Asiedu Nketia has described as blatant lies the reasons given by the Electoral Commission (EC) Chairperson Jean Mensa for wanting to buy new machines to compile new register for the 2020 general election.
