In absence of the vaccine for the treatment of the COVID-19 in the world, Ghana, according to the Advisor of Health Matters at the Presidency, Dr Anthony Nsiah-Asare has revealed that the case management team has resorted to antibiotics and multivitamins to treat COVID-19 patients.
