The former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ghana Cocoa Board (COCOBOD), Dr. Stephen Opuni, who is standing trial for allegedly causing financial loss to the state, has appealed the decision of the trial judge to recuse himself on grounds of possible bias.
