Leading member of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) and Chief Executive Officer of the Commonwealth Telecommunications Organisation (CTO), Ekwow Spio-Garbrah, arrived in the country yesterday from his base in the United Kingdom to begin what his aides describe as an intensive campaign for the flagbearership position of the party.
