The leader of the Risk Communication for Covid-19 National Response Team, Dr. Da Costa Aboagye has cautioned Ghanaians not to be complacent over the news that the infection rate has reduced rapidly owning to it the joint team of the government, Ghana Health Service and Ministry of Health as well as the citizens and the media.
