I will like to, once again, congratulate Winneba Secondary School, on the occasion of its 70th anniversary. The 2020 year group of the school is completing this week, and I feel I have a responsibility to publish this message I wrote, which was intended for the 70th anniversary celebration last year, but which was not published, for a reason beyond me.
