Seasoned journalist, Kwesi Pratt has berated the Electoral Commission (EC) for setting its filing fee at Ghc 100,000 and Ghc 10,000 for Presidential and Parliamentary aspirants respectively who desire to file their nominations to contest December 7 elections.
