“My headache of always working on people's farms to raise money to buy pad will be a thing of the past now. I can always go to school and study without the depression I go through during that time of the month”, these were the words of 15-year-old Victoria Amewu of Tafi Mador Basic School when officials of Plan Ghana went to distribute washable and reusable sanitary pads to her and her colleagues.
