The New Patriotic Party (NPP) Member of Parliament for Kwadaso (MP), Dr Kingsley Nyarko, has called for effective collaboration between Metropolitan, Municipal and District Chief Executives (MMDCEs) and their Members of Parliament (MPs) to stimulate development in their various constituencies.
