Minister for Information, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah has urged heads of agencies affiliated to the Ghana Investment Promotion Center (GIPC) to strive to create the necessary atmosphere to attract Ghanaians living abroad and the African diaspora to invest their resources in the country.
