Director of Communications for the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Hon. Yaw Buaben Asamoah, believes the Komenda Sugar Factory commissioned by former President John Dramani Mahama in May 2016 was a ploy to win the hearts of the people of Komenda in the Central Region.
