The Minister responsible for Finance and Economic Planning in Ghana, Mr. Ken Ofori-Atta has admonished leaders within the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) region to hold stronger hands in order to control the hazard related to money laundering, hi-tech financial crimes, and terrorist financing.
