NDC Member of Parliament(MP) for North Tongu and Minority Spokesperson on Foreign Affairs, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, has described a statement by the Director of Communications at the Presidency, Mr. Eugene Arhin as "incongruous" and one that "defies logic".
