FORMER PRESIDENT Jerry John Rawlings on Saturday used the 32nd anniversary of the June 4 uprising held in Kumasi to slam certain selfish and unpatriotic ministers of state and appointees in the Atta Mills administration, who, he claimed, are looting state resources with virtually every part of their bodies.
