Former Member of Parliament (MP) for Ayensuano constituency, Samuel Ayeh-Paye has advised the Executive Secretary of the National Identification Authority (NIA), Professor Ken Agyeman Attafuah to partner Ghana Post to facilitate issuance of the Ghana Card to registrants.
