A former Chief of Staff, Nana Ato Dadzie, has challenged the constitutionality of the decision by some members of the Association of Magistrates and Judges of Ghana (AMJG) to recuse themselves from hearing cases involving Dr Raymond Atuguba and three other legal practitioners.
