Director of Public Affairs at Ghana Gas, Ernest Owusu Bempah, has said the Nana Akufo-Addo administration has so far paid $3.6 billion in the past seven years for the ENI/Sankofa gas pipeline deal signed by the Mahama administration in 2015.
