The New Patriotic Party (NPP) Member of Parliament (MP) for Asene Akroso Manso, Hon. George Kwame Aboagye, has said that the Head of the Presidential Security detail, Capt. Koda, did not authorize the release of his excavators that were impounded by the Task Force of the Inter-Ministerial Committee on Illegal Mining (IMCIM).
