Nana Agyei Baffour Awuah Esq, counsel for the former Secretary to the Inter-Ministerial Committee on Illegal Mining (IMCIM), Charles Bissue, has argued that the Special Prosecutor, Kissi Adjabeng has engaged in illegality for having “failed” to investigate Anas Aremeyaw Anas in respect of allegations made in the 2019 Galamsey Fraud Part 1 documentary.
