NDC Member of Parliament for Tamale South and former Minority Leader, Haruna Iddrisu, has accused the Speaker of Parliament, Right Honourable Alban Sumana Bagbin, of going contrary to the 1992 constitution to re-compose the Parliamentary Service Board.
