The Deputy National Youth Organiser of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Osman Ayariga, has called on the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) to initiate an investigation into Dr. Kingsley Agyemang in light of the recent scandal surrounding the Ghana Scholarship Secretariat.
