Cheap Electricity Export Partly To Blame For Shortages – IPGG

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Independent Power Generators Ghana (IPGG), Dr. Elikplim Kwabla Apetorgbor, has attributed the ongoing power shortages in the country to the cheap exportation of electricity.
