The Office of Attorney-General and Ministry of Justice, has described as spurious and mere allegations, claims by one Richard Jakpa, that the A-G desired the latter's cooperation in order to secure a conviction of Cassiel Ato Forson; both of whom are facing prosecution in the on-going Ambulance Purchase trial.
