In order to redeem image of Ghana as a consumption and transit point of cocaine, heroin and others illicit drugs, President Evans Atta Mills has directed the immediate recruitment of 450 men for the Narcotic Control Board (NACOB) to boost its fight against the illicit narcotic drugs trade.
